This was one of my favourite shows from 2016 Fringe, so I was delighted to see it back this year. This is exactly how improv is meant to be done, and utilises every inch of comic potential that it produces.

REVIEW: ‘Me, as a Penguin’ by Exeter University Theatre Company

This show was fine. Well maybe a little better than fine. Good. The script is an established one, and this company does a decent job with it. I think, it’s the play itself I found difficult to engage with, and the parts I did engage with were the directly responsibility of the talented cast.

Fringe Diary – Day 16: Between a Rocky and a Stopgap

Slightly up from the usual. I saw two shows today. I should be proud. 

The first was pretty excellent, Follow Suit, recommended to me by some old Fringe-friends who I’ve recently resumed correspondence with. It was my 20th show of this year’s Fringe and did great justice to that numerical significance.
